To my understanding Kronika is not an Elder God — like Shinnok for example — but a god like Raiden. However instead of being tied to a specific realm, like Raiden is tied to Earthrealm or Shao Kahn was tied to Outworld, she is tied to time (and thus her powers are not limited in the same way as Raiden’s are).
